KYC Verification

aq9 employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to ensure platform integrity and user safety. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last 90 days).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aq9 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if aq9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

aq9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aq9 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments to Terms

aq9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
